How can the SARPe-L project be of use to your organisation?
The SARPe-L project provides free access to the latest expert safeguarding content and hosted technology; accredited by The Open College Network, endorsed by Social Care Association, with the option of customisation for providers across England & Wales. If you are willing to be considered as a test site your organisation will be given free online access for 20 named learners and 1 in-house co-ordinator. Participants will have access to the following courses: Safeguarding Adults Awareness; The Safeguarding Legal Framework; The Interactive Senior Practitioner Toolkit; and two automatically marked, challenging assessments. Unlimited access will be grantedfor a period of 8 weeks by individual log in and passwords, sent to each participant, and copied in to your nominated co-ordinator.
How does your organisation take part in the SARPe-L project?
Access is granted on the basis that the in-house co-ordinator will engage in a 15 minute telephone questionnaire after the 8 week period ends, or a 1 hour focus group held at your site, at a mutually convenient date to be set in the autumn. Feedback from all participating sites will be compiled in a final report and given to participating organisations. The Report will offer a summary of the outcomes across England and Wales from the aforementioned objectives.
Who can take part?
