We aim to
- Assess workforce development needs within the present climate in respect of policy, legislation and change, and how this may impact on adult protection
- Debate modern workforce development training projects to enable managers and practitioners to effectively support and protect adults at risk
- Analyse how the private sector Workforce Initiative will positively contribute to effective adult protection and deliver to Service Users
- Consider the impact of a changing budget on training and service user outcomes
