We aim to
Debate up to date ideas to assist practitioners and managers to effectively develop future adult protection practice, policy and workforce development across Wales
Assess the present climate, moves and proposed outline changes with regard to adult protection, lawful duty and intervention powers.
Assess and review the complexity of the present legislative backdrop and understand how to apply this to practice whilst staying aware of present legal contradictions.
Identify how to stay lawful and gain effective outcomes when assessing mental capacity in safeguarding investigations
